Terms of Service
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Autopilot Digital (“Autopilot Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1.The Service
Autopilot Digital provides a software-as-a-service platform that helps businesses create, schedule, and publish social media content to connected third-party platforms. We may add, change, or remove features at any time to improve the service.
2.Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the service. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree that Autopilot Digital staff may access your account as described in our Privacy Policy to provide setup, the managed service and support.
3.Subscriptions & Billing
- The service is offered on a recurring subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- Fees are billed in advance for each billing cycle (for example, monthly or annually) and are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- We may change our pricing. We will give you reasonable advance notice, and changes take effect at your next renewal.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the rules of any connected platform;
- Send spam, post on accounts you are not authorized to manage, or engage in any activity that violates a third-party platform’s terms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, disrupt its operation, or reverse-engineer it;
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
You are solely responsible for the content you create and publish through the service and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
5.Third-Party Platforms
The service connects to and relies on third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok, as well as their APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies.
We do not control these platforms and are not responsible or liable for their availability, changes to their APIs, content moderation decisions, account suspensions, rate limits, or any loss arising from their actions or outages. A failure or change on a connected platform may affect or interrupt features of the service, and that is outside our control.
6.Account Termination
You may cancel your subscription and stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.Intellectual Property
The service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Autopilot Digital and protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit your content as necessary to operate the service on your behalf.
8.Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular marketing result.
9.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autopilot Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, or from the acts, outages, or decisions of any third-party platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Autopilot Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party platform’s rules.
11.Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in British Columbia, Canada for any dispute arising from these Terms or the service.
12.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
